Question:
When can I get back to work and my social life after a facelift?
Answer:
I usually tell people to give themselves two weeks for the early swelling and possible bruising to go down. Sometimes people look good enough to be seen in public in two or three days but that is the exception rather than the rule. It is best that one put aside time to recuperate even though you may be feeling well and are able to do most of your activities. It usually takes about six weeks for all the swelling and bruising to go down.
